My name is Quiana Sherrills and I’m the owner and CEO of Le Scoop Dessert Boutique. Prior to LSDB I worked in finance, from consumer to commercial, for a little over twenty years. Most recently I've had the pleasure of focusing my efforts on a niche area of lending, more specifically, helping small business owners start or scale their business. This work sparked a flame in me to chase my dreams and set out on a quest to do just that as an entrepreneur. While pursuing a master's degree in social work at Youngstown State University, I enrolled in an online workshop that taught me some of the fundamentals of the ice cream industry and within a six month span, I was off making ice cream.

The vision at the onset of the journey started with a parlor in mind, but an immediate demand in business altered that goal. After having our ice cream featured at a local restaurant, Pearl's Kitchen, I was asked about catering options, which expanded my focus and birthed our signature trike, Bella Scoop. As a mobile dessert vendor we offer our Northeast Ohio guests an unforgettable frozen dessert experience that combines elevated style with indulgent dairy and non-dairy delights.

From weddings and pop-ups to corporate affairs, our boutique experience travels beautifully. Bella Scoop has paved the way, and we’ve since added two chic mobile companions: Bailey (2023) and Bentley (2025).

 

So what’s next?​

We’re expanding our fleet! “Beau,” our luxe mobile kiosk, is a health-certified, electric-ready, engine-less unit ideal for indoor commercial settings. Beau represents our first long-term installation goal — allowing us to “park” our passion and offer a consistent experience in a fixed yet flexible way. From ballparks and airports to museums and shopping centers, Beau will turn heads while turning moments into memories.
